Cheap Party Nibbles Idea

Have you ever been asked to bring a plate to a party and had no clue what to make? Or do you host a book club every so often or have friends around for drinks? These cheesy pickle rolls are easy and cheap to make.

I paid a total of £2.60 to make these and they’re so scrummy.

  • Ready rolled puff pastry
  • Sandwich pickle
  • Brie
  • Milk (to brush over)

  • Open up the puff pastry sheet and spread over a thin layer of the pickle.
  • Cut the brie into small pieces and dot them evenly all over the pickle.
  • Roll up the pastry into a big, tight sausage roll shape.
  • Brush milk over the end to seal the roll.
  • Cut the roll into even pieces and brush over milk.
  • Bake at 220 for 15 minutes.
